> Day/Date: Thursday, September 30, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Editing the clinic website's content. I also continue to do my proposal in the meantime as the website is my project. Dr. Tamil and the marketing officer ask and discuss with me about the progress of the website and how to improve it. 

> Day/Date: Wednesday, September 29, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Still working on the LS Dental Clinic website. I edit the homepage by changing the slide at the slideshow into a new promotion poster for this upcoming month. I also adjust the service page to make the booking experience more user friendly.

> Day/Date: Tuesday, September 28, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Continue with creating and designing the website on Wix. On that day, I work on the service page where it will list all the services available at our clinic with categorizing each clinic branch into separate tabs and can go to the detailed description page of each service when clicking the service name. The page will also take booking for slot appointments where it will go to the selecting date, time, doctors and then view form for the booker to fill up their details. Lastly, it will view the booking confirmation page and the booker will receive a copy to their email.

> Day/Date: Friday, September 24, 2021: OFF (MY SECOND DOSE OF COVID VACCINATION APPOINTMENT) > Day/Date: Monday, September 27, 2021: 11:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Proofreading an ebook that was written by Dr. Tamil about dental. I need to check whether the spelling and the arrangement are correct or not before it proceeds to be printed. The error will be highlighted in red color marker and below are the example of what i have found:

> Day/Date: Thursday, September 23, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Continue and keep making quote posts. The  text  in the  quote post must be minimalist for people easy to read but with a little spice in design. I tried my best in designing the quote post and managed to create 2 drafts. After that, I started working on my proposal for the project.

> Day/Date: Wednesday, September 22, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Create a Linktree link for LS Dental Clinic where it is a link that shares multiple links under one landing page. By doing this, it will make the copywriting more simple and also very convenient to the customers as it includes hyperlink buttons to start chatting with each clinic branch directly on WhatsApp number with automatically custom message typed. It also contains Waze buttons for every clinic branch where it will link to the waze direction of the clinic right away so people can know the clinic location of each branch. Then, I created a job vacancy poster looking for dentist that Dr. Tamil asked me to.

>Day/Date: Tuesday, September 21, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Make an animation video that was requested by Dr. Tamil about 5 steps to have good teeth. This is for content to be posted on Tik Tok and social media stories that we want to attract customers with content that is educationational. I also add background music and sound effects to make it more interesting for people to watch. I showed the video that I made to Dr. Tamil and he gave positive feedback about it. He also asked me to add the company slogan and contact number of every clinic branch.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 20, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Create a poster for a job vacancy that Miss zainina asked me to. Later, the top marketing officer asked me to design a post for quotes of the day. The size should be 1080x1080 pixels and the quotes should be related to the dental, business or positive life while the background should be in purple color as that is our official company color. The main purpose is we want to make connections and relationships with customers or even anyone. Quote posts are effective and persuasive because people are drawn to brief but meaningful, relevant, and engaging content. Then, I have to create 4 more with different designs and also quotes. >Day/Date: Thursday, September 16, 2021: OFF (MALAYSIA DAY) >Day/Date: Friday, September 17, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Showed the storyboard to the marketing officer and discussed what needs to be improved. Then, I started to build the website on Wix  from scratch and not template  according to the storyboard that I have created earlier. Since tomorrow the doctor wants to see the progress, the storyboard was printed for it to be presented. So far, I managed to make some of the page and function work and they get to see the overview of the real view of the website by what design in the storyboard.  >Day/Date: Wednesday, September 15, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Designed a post for Malaysia day that needs to be posted on Dr. Tamil's official page since tomorrow is Malaysia day. After showing my first design to the marketing officer, he said I need to edit the font, background colour and he even showed an example. Then, my second design got approved by him and the doctor to be posted after I recreated and edited it. Next, I continued designing the website interface. In the meantime, I think about what I need to do with my project.

>Day/Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Get familiar and troubleshoot the company’s website which has been abandoned. Lastly, we decided to redesign and create a new one then I gathered the requirements that are needed to be on the website. So far, I have listed down several functions that are required on the website such as booking appointments, sending feedback/questions and so on. After that, I started to design the interface into a storyboard for it to be proposed. Below are the interface design of homepage for the company’s official website that I made:

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
