Activities:

In the office- Download TeamViewer software in the laptop to have access and use the clinic branch computer in order to create appointments on the clinic system which is named Clinisys. Miss Zainina teaches me how to create appointments on the Clinisys system. Export responses from the Google Form into Excel for sorting the list of customers by branch and date. I will be incharge of the Kampar branch so I arrange them and type the details in Microsoft Word first then create appointments in the clinic system.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
