Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Starting today, I will be helping the clinic receptionist at the front desk from 9 am until 1 pm until they find a new receptionist. Answer calls, contact customers through WhatsApp to get feedback, handle customers when they come to the appointments and take Dr. Tamil pictures. We have 10 more days till the free teeth scaling event so I still manage the submission.

In the office- After lunch, I went back to the office to complete the website because Dr. Tamil asked me to finalize it. Customer wants to change the date of the free scaling appointment and I rearrange it.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
