Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Contact patients who came to the clinic on monday via WhatsApp to follow up. Answer calls on the clinic phone from customers. Show the website to Dr. Tamil and need to edit a little more. Cleaning the receptionist table and Dr. Tamil asked me to decorate the clinic with promotion stuff since we are going to conduct free scaling event starting this thursday. Find ideas to be active on Instagram for example making Instagram stories.

In the office- Set appointments for the last submission of free scaling events registered under Kampar branch. Close the Google Form where we no longer accept responses. Continue to finish editing the website and need to discuss about the website domain.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
