DAY 38

>Day/Date: Wednesday, November 10, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm 


Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Follow up yesterday patients. Answer customer calls on the clinic phone. Design poster for promotion to emphasize the price cut for Gengigel and White Glo.

In the office- After lunch, TeamViewer the Kampar branch PC to double check and key in the final appointments on Clinisys so that the staff can contact and remind the customers about their free scaling treatment. Print and cut the poster into the shape leaving the border a bit then laminate it. After that cut the laminate poster shape back.

In the clinic- Decorate the poster to make it look like 3D using leftover laminate plastic and tape on the stand. Clip posters at the clinic.

In the office- Design a poster about promotion for electric toothbrushes at other branch (Ipoh Garden, Greentown, Kampar) except Station 18 because Station 18 have their own promotion.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
