DAY 39

Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Plug in speakers to the clinic PC because Dr. Tamil asked me to for it to play songs and brighten up the mood in the clinic during the free scaling event later. Follow up patients that came to the clinic yesterday.

In the office- Make poster said that we are accepting limited walk-in customers only for Station 18 branch to do the free scaling treatment because there are some customers who have canceled the appointments so we have empty slots and want to fill that back.

In the clinic- Pick up food that the company orders for all staff and bring it to the clinic. After lunch, snap pictures of all patients who come to the clinic while they are doing the treatment and with the goodies bag. Upload Instagram stories. Record videos of the moment in the clinic. Send the media to a Telegram group so other staff can upload it on Facebook. Help the receptionist to handle customer for their appointments and give the free goodies bag to the customers. Buy coffee and a jug to serve the staff teatime.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
