Activities:

In the clinic- Get feedback from patients who came to the clinic yesterday via the clinic WhatsApp phone then screenshot and send it to marketing staff on Telegram group as testimony by using clinic phone. Edit a before after video for teeth whitening treatment and update on Instagram story and WhatsApp status about this month whitening promotion with White Glo. Call customers and pick up calls on the clinic’s phone regarding their appointments. Assist receptionist when customers come.

In the office- Edit pictures for tomorrow's story update. Find ideas for story updates.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
