Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Follow up yesterday patients on WhatsApp. Record video about our Station 18 branch location and upload it on the clinic's Instagram story. Snap Dr. Tamil and today's patient pictures then send it. Cut antibiotic into pieces and insert it into medicine zip lock bags. Write the description and stick the expired date on the back. Assist receptionist to answer calls and handle patients when they come to the clinic.

In the office- Compile all pictures (in a Telegram group) taken during free scaling day into a word file for appendix to submission Malaysia Book Of Records.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
