Activities:

In the clinic- Update Instagram story by reposting the customer's genuine testimony tag post and promote free dental check up. Reach yesterday patients who do treatment with our clinic on WhatsApp to get feedback then screenshot it and send it to the Telegram group. Record videos of a customer doing whitening treatment. Help receptionist handle customer appointments and contact. Show Dr. Tamil a video of teeth whitening that I edit and he asked me to put his pictures on the video. Then Dr. Tamil asked me to edit his video because he wanted to post on his social media story.

In the office- Continue to edit both of the videos and below are the results:

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
