DAY 49

Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities:

In the clinic- Reach yesterday patients who do treatment with our clinic on WhatsApp to get feedback and screenshot it to be sent into Telegram group then it can be uploaded into social media as testimony. Update clinic Instagram and WhatsApp story. Help receptionist handle customers and calls. Pack medicine where I cut into 2 pieces, insert 3 pieces into the zip lock bag, and write description for 5 days. Meeting with Dr. Tamil, Miss Nina and other staff at 10.30 am to discuss book launching. From now on I need to stay at the clinic until 6 pm to take a lot of pictures and videos then send it to the Telegram group. Bring all the teeth cast (models) upstairs and place it according to the alphabet.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
