Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities:

In the clinic- Make a feedback box that Dr. Tamil asked me to where I covered the box with white A4 papers and designed it with logo, wording and emoji then print and tape it on top of the box. It also has a pocket to place the form and pen then customers can drop the form into the box. Snap picture and record video of our first patient today then upload it on the clinic Instagram page story. Help receptionist and follow up patients who came to our clinic on 28/11/2021 because yesterday our clinic was closed. Took customers pictures and sent them to the Telegram group with captions of their name and treatment that they do.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
