Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities:

In the clinic- Take out braces cards for tomorrow’s appointment from files. Follow up yesterday customers, update clinic Instagram story, blast feedback form, take pictures and record videos of today's customers then forward into Telegram groups like always. Give the receptionist a hand to insert paper into file, register, confirm bills, give medicine to customers, top up Gengigel, answer calls and make calls. Other than that, write today’s customers' details in a book to follow up tomorrow and closing upstairs.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
