Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities:

In the clinic- Contact customers who came to the clinic yesterday through WhatsApp to get feedback. Take photos and videos of customers who came to the clinic today. Post Instagram story on clinic page such as a boomerang of a dentist extracting the patient’s teeth where I convert the picture I took earlier into a boomerang and cover the patient’s face with a gif. Share the media into the Telegram group with description of customer’s name and treatment. Edit business hours from 8.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the board where at first I measure the old font size then type on the Microsoft Word and adjust it to the size also font to make it similar. After that, print on the A4 paper, cut it to cover the old one and tape it over. Insert gauze into bags, help the receptionist to do work, and blast feedback form to the customers in the clinic.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
