Activities:

In the clinic- Take photos and videos, contact customers who came to the clinic yesterday through WhatsApp to get feedback then screenshot it and share the media into the Telegram group. Post Instagram and WhatsApp story then reply Instagram DM on the clinic phone. Help the receptionist to do work and blast feedback form to the staff in the clinic. Dr. Tamil asked me to find out how to get hotline customer service operator for our clinic just like when calling 123 to connect with Maxis.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
