In the clinic- Contact customers who came to the clinic yesterday through WhatsApp to get feedback. Take photos and videos of customers who came to the clinic today. Post an instagram story which is a boomerang of dentures on the clinic page and repost customer tag our clinic in her Instagram story. Share the media into the Telegram group with description of customer’s name and treatment. Listen how to claim the PM care mediline system that is taught by the receptionist, help her to do work, and blast feedback form to the customers in the clinic.
At telekom- After lunch, went to Telekom to ask about the hotline customer service operator but then they do not have the service like what Dr. Tamil wants. He wants to connect phones from different branch but Telekom only offers the service that connects phones in one building/area.
In the clinic- Back to the clinic routine.
