Activities:

At the clinic- Record a doctor polishing a patient's teeth and update on Instagram and WhatsApp stories with captions of the process and functions of polish. Message patients on WhatsApp to follow up on yesterday's treatment, screenshot the feedback, take pictures of patients while doing the treatment and send it to the Telegram group. In the meantime, help to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, confirm the bill, reply to DM and WhatsApp, top up Gengigel and paper, insert paper into file. Continue to write in medicine book where right now I have done until 15/10/2021. Write the list of today's customers on a book which are their names, phone numbers and what treatment that they do to be followed up tomorrow, count and update today's sales and treatment on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
