Activities:

In the clinic- Whatsapp patients to follow up on their treatment yesterday. Take photos of today's customers while they are in the surgery room. Post a boomerang on clinic Instagram story page of a dentist doing a filling treatment on a patient where I convert the picture I took earlier into a boomerang with a caption. Send the pictures into a Telegram group with description of customer’s name and what treatment that they do. Help receptionist to register customers, answer calls, confirm bills especially those who pay by card, claim PM care mediline system and give medicine to patients. Give out feedback form to customer so they can comment on our service. Count the cash and receipts for card to make sure that the sales amount that we have is the same as on the system.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
