Activities:

At the clinic- Cut and glue papers on a book. Took pictures of patients that came to the clinic today. Send it to the Telegram and update story on clinic Instagram page. Edit a video of the scaling process by inserting text and background music then update WhatsApp story about the scaling promotion. Help receptionist when patients come to the clinic, answer calls, reply to WhatsApp messages, take out braces cards, top up any stuff that has already decreased, confirm bills, write the list of today's customers into a book, update today's sales into Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
