Activities:

At the clinic- Whatsapp patients to get feedback on their treatment yesterday. Snap picture of today’s patient and record video of a doctor taking an impression of a patient’s teeth for denture. Add background music and animation text to the video and upload it on WhatsApp and Instagram story. Forward those pictures to the Telegram group with description of their name and what treatment that they do. Answer calls, reply to WhatsApp messages, handle braces cards, register customers, create appointments on the PC, confirm bills and top up stuff which are paper and Gengigel. Insert 3 bags of sterilized gauze into medicine ziplock bags where each bag contains 3 pieces of the gauze. Continue to write in the medicine book where right now I have done until 17/10/2021 and the list of today's customers in a book. Count and update today's sales and treatment on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
