Activities:

At the clinic- Miss Zainina asked me to create a Google Form for customers to drop their feedback and a poster of the QR code for the Google Form. Follow up patients who do the treatment yesterday through WhatsApp. Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. Update Instagram story of dental check up for a family. Help receptionist to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, answer calls, reply WhatsApp and Instagram DM, confirm bills, top up Gengigel, insert paper into files and scan receipt copy because customer wants in digital copy. Write the list of today's customers in a book.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
