Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd, LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities:

At the office- Check and tick whether clinic staff have likes and comments on the posts of clinic Facebook page today.

In the clinic- Make numbers tag for exchange gifts at the annual dinner later. Snap pictures of today's patients doing the treatment and send it to the Telegram group like always. Update Instagram story of a video where a doctor is doing polishing treatment on a patient. Send new promotion to at least 50 people on WhatsApp everyday. Change the pens that I bought for Dr. Tamil earlier because the ink dried but then when the Popular bookstore staff tried it was okay. Assist receptionist like always.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
