Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), LS Dental Sdn Bhd


Activities:

In the clinic- Tick whether clinic staff have likes and comments on the clinic Facebook page posts. Help the receptionist to follow up customers. Send the new scaling promotion to almost 100 people on WhatsApp. Took photos of doctors doing the treatment on patients and share them to the Telegram group.

At the office- Make a post of notice that we are open half day only on this wednesday because we will be having annual dinner (& high-tea) at the hotel from 4pm to 11pm that day. I need to compile speech videos from all the LS Dental staff and edit into one video.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
