Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities: 

At the clinic- Check whether clinic staff have likes and comments on the clinic Facebook page posts for February. Snap photos of patients who come to the clinic today while they are doing the treatment with doctors and send it to a Telegram group with their names and what treatment that they do. Post Instagram story a pictures of patient signing consent form before doing the surgery. Help new receptionists to register customers by asking and write down their phone number, answer customer's inquiries, confirm bills especially those who pay by card, staple the receipt and write the patient’s name on the medicine ziplock bags before hand it to them.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
