Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities: 

At the clinic- Whatsapp patients who came to the clinic yesterday to follow up or contact them via messages for those who did not have WhatsApp. Pick up dentures cases for today's appointments where the technician placed them in the post box. Help the receptionist to do work and bring the denture plus Polident to the doctor when the patients come. Repair clinic doorbell by changing the battery. Assist Dr. Danny for change wire and scaling treatment. Send Facebook likes & comment February reports to Miss Zainina because she wants to calculate the salary where staff will get RM250 if they like and comment on all the clinic Facebook posts. Take photos of patients doing treatment and sent them to the Telegram group.

Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
