Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ)


Activities: 

At the clinic- Help the new receptionist to write down customer's phone number to register them on clinic system Clinisys, reply to clinic WhatsApp and Facebook messages, write the patient’s name on the medicine ziplock bags, confirm bills, staple the receipt and give free bags to the customers. Fold gauze. Assist Dr. Sinthu for scaling treatment. Took customers photos and sent them to the Telegram group. Closing upstairs then counts today's sales whether it tally or not with the Clinisys system and on hand.

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
