Activities:

In the clinic- Check whether clinic staff have likes and comments on the clinic Facebook page posts for February. Take photos of customers who came to the clinic today. Post video on clinic Instagram story page. Share the media into the Telegram group with description of customer’s name and treatment. Assist receptionist like follow up patients, register customers, reply to clinic WhatsApp messages, answer calls, handle braces cards, insert paper into files, write the patient's name on the medicine ziplock bags, confirm bills, staple the receipt, give medicine to the customers and write the list of today's customers in a book, count then update today's sales and treatment on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 1

>Day/Date: Monday, September 13, 2021: 8:30am to 5:30pm Venue: LS Dental Sdn Bhd Activities: In the office- Meet and report duty to Dr. Tamil (the founder of the company) and Miss Zainina Iwani (manager of the company). Dr. Tamil briefed the company’s objective and services to me then we discussed the scope of project and work that was required to do. I submitted all the related documents to Miss Zainina who is the one in charge of my whole internship program as my organizational supervisor. After discussion, she introduces the colleagues and workplace environment to me. After that, the marketing team taught me how to manage the company's Facebook and Instagram page then asked me to do an Instagram  advertisement  story post for September promotion.  Read the clinic's list of services book and find ideas on TikTok.  For the post poster,  I listed all the services available at our dental clinic and highlighted the only service that has a 20% discount for this ...
