> Day/Date: Monday, February 28, 2022: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities:   At the clinic-  Help the new receptionist to write down customer's phone number to register them on clinic system Clinisys, reply to clinic WhatsApp and Facebook messages,  write the patient’s name on the medicine ziplock bags,  confirm bills, staple the receipt and give free bags to the customers.  Fold gauze. Assist Dr. Sinthu for scaling treatment. Took customers photos and sent them to the Telegram group. Closing upstairs then counts today's sales whether it tally or not with the Clinisys system and on hand.

Help the receptionist to do work and bring the denture plus Polident to the doctor when the patients come. Repair clinic doorbell by changing the battery. Assist Dr. Danny for change wire and scaling treatment. Send Facebook likes & comment February reports to Miss Zainina because she wants to calculate the salary where staff will get RM250 if they like and comment on all the clinic Facebook posts. Take photos of patients doing treatment and sent them to the Telegram group.

> Day/Date: Thursday, February 24, 2022: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities:   At the clinic- Fold gauze that has been cut into small sizes for it to be used mostly after extraction of tooth where they bite it to pressure (hold) the blood and need to be sterilized before use. There is a lot of gauze that needs to be folded because it is often used.  Took photos of patients doing treatment and sent to the Telegram group.
