DAY 75

> Day/Date: Friday, December 31, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Follow up patients who do the treatment yesterday through WhatsApp. Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. Update a picture of a customer doing whitening treatment with blue UV light on Instagram story.  H elp receptionist to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, an swer calls, reply WhatsApp and Instagram DM, confirm bills, top up Gengigel and medicine in the drawer, handle braces cards, insert paper into files. Write the list of today's customers in a book then count today's sales and treatment to update on the clinic's Google drive Sheet.

> Day/Date: Thursday, December 30, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. Update a picture of a patient getting her braces on with the doctor on Instagram story. Continue to write in the medicine book where right now I have done until 7/11/2021. 

DAY 73

> Day/Date: Wednesday, December 29, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Miss Zainina asked me to create a Google Form for customers to drop their feedback and a poster of the QR code for the Google Form.   Follow up patients who do the treatment yesterday through WhatsApp. Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. Update Instagram story of dental check up for a family. H elp receptionist to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, a nswer calls, reply WhatsApp and Instagram DM, confirm bills, top up Gengigel, insert paper into files and  scan receipt  copy  because customer wants in digital copy . Write the list of today's customers in a book. 

DAY 72

> Day/Date: Tuesday, December 28, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Update quotation of all hotels that I have been contacted to Miss Zainina.  Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. H elp receptionist to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, f ind braces cards for today's patients,  answer calls and confirm bills.  Upload Instagram story of a video before after scaling that I have been edit earlier. > Day/Date: Monday, December 27, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Dr. Tamil asked me to survey and buy pens for him to sign his books at the launching event.   Follow up patients who did the treatment yesterday through WhatsApp. Took pictures of customers when doing the treatment today and sent it to the Telegram group with captions. Update Instagram story, help receptionist to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, answer calls, confirm bills and top up Gengigel. Bring all the braces teeth cast (model) in the clinic to the upstairs storage room and bring teeth cast (model) for tomorrow's patient in the storage room to the clinic downstairs.

DAY 70

Snap pictures of today’s patient and forward those pictures to the Telegram group with description of their name and what treatment that they do. Update a video of a doctor giving advice to her patient on instagram story.  Help receptionist when patients come to the clinic,  a nswer calls, reply WhatsApp, handle braces cards, confirm bills, top up Gengigel and medicine in the drawer. Continue to write in the medicine book where right now I have done until 25/10/2021 and the list of today's customers in a book. Count today's sales and treatment.

DAY 69

> Day/Date: Thursday, December 23, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Whatsapp patients to get feedback on their treatment yesterday. Record video when doctor puts braces bracket (bond) on patient's teeth. Edit the video into a 15 sec video as the process of bonding braces and update on Instagram story.  Snap pictures of today’s patient and forward those pictures to the telegram group with description of their name and what treatment that they do.   Edit before and after scaling pictures into a video and update on WhatsApp story with the promotion scaling poster.  Help receptionist when patients come to the clinic,  a nswer calls, handle braces cards, confirm bills and top up Gengigel. Continue to write in the medicine book where right now I have done until 24/10/2021. Count today's sales and treatment, export today's report then print and update on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsAp...

DAY 68

Snap picture of today’s patient and record video of a doctor taking an impression of a patient’s teeth for denture. Add background music and animation text to the video and upload it on WhatsApp and Instagram story. Forward those pictures to the Telegram group with description of their name and what treatment that they do. Answer calls, reply to WhatsApp messages, handle braces cards, register customers, create appointments on the PC, confirm bills and top up stuff which are paper and Gengigel. Insert 3 bags of sterilized gauze into medicine ziplock bags where each bag contains 3 pieces of the gauze. DAY 66

> Day/Date: Monday, December 20, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Get the stock of face masks and White Glo out from the boxes and arrange/keep/store them in the cabinet. Edit a video of a doctor scaling a kid patient's teeth by adding kids background music to make it more fun then upload it on WhatsApp and Instagram story.  Help receptionist when patients come to the clinic,  i nsert paper into files, confirm bills and answer calls. Call hotels around Ipoh to survey the price for annual dinner and update it to Miss Zainina.  Snap picture of today's patient while the doctors treat them and forward it to the Telegram group with description of their name and what treatment that they do. > Day/Date: Friday, December 17, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Record a doctor polishing a patient's teeth and update on Instagram and WhatsApp stories with captions of the process and functions of polish. Message patients on WhatsApp to follow up on yesterday's treatment, screenshot the feedback, take pictures of patients while doing the treatment and send it to the Telegram group. In the meantime, help to register customers by asking and writing down their phone number, confirm the bill, reply to DM and WhatsApp, top up Gengigel and paper, insert paper into file. Continue to write in medicine book where right now I have done until 15/10/2021. Write the list of today's customers on a book which are their names, phone numbers and what treatment that they do to be followed up tomorrow, count and update today's sales and treatment on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 64

> Day/Date: Thursday, December 16, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Top up medicine in the drawer and paper.   Message patients on WhatsApp to follow up on yesterday's treatment,  screenshot the feedback,  t ake pictures and videos of patients while doing the treatment then send it to the Telegram group with captions and u pdate Instagram story. T ake out braces cards, insert paper into file, help to register customers by asking and write down their phone number, confirm the bill, reply to DM and WhatsApp. Answer calls where customers want to set appointments then create the appointment on the clinic PC system. Continue to write in the medicine book where right now I am on 7/10/2021. Update today's sales and treatment on Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 63

> Day/Date: Wednesday, December 15, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Call Maxis customer service for further explanation on the Maxis business and their service plan.  Message patients on WhatsApp to follow up on yesterday's treatment then start to take pictures and videos of patients while doing the treatment today. Send it to the Telegram and update story the scaling video that I edited yesterday on clinic Instagram page. Give out feedback form to the customers, insert paper into file, top up any stuff that has already decreased and help to confirm the bills. Next task, Miss Zainina ordered me to survey hotel halls including the foods and event planner because Dr. Tamil wanted to conduct an annual dinner soon. Write customers name, IC/passport, address and medicine that we gave in the medication book starting from 20/9/2021 by checking on the consultation history one by one on the system.

DAY 62

> Day/Date: Tuesday, December 14, 2021: 10:30am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic-  Cut and glue papers on a book.  Took pictures of patients that came to the clinic today. Send it to the Telegram and update story on clinic Instagram page. Edit a video of the scaling process by inserting text and background music then update WhatsApp story about the scaling promotion. Help receptionist when patients come to the clinic, answer calls, reply to WhatsApp messages, take out braces cards, top up any stuff that has already decreased, confirm bills, write the list of today's customers into a book, update today's sales into Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group.

DAY 61

> Day/Date: Monday, December 13, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: At the clinic- Update story on clinic Instagram page then start to message patients on WhatsApp to follow up the treatment from yesterday. Took pictures and videos when the doctors were treating the patients and sent it to the Telegram group. Take out patients’ braces cards that came to do treatment today from files and write the description, amount to pay, balance and they need to sign on it. Answer calls and reply WhatsApp messages on the clinic phone because customers want to make appointments and ask any inquiries. Register customers, confirm bills, create appointments on the system, write the list of today's customers into a book, print today sales, update today sales into Google Sheet drive and clinic WhatsApp group. Top up paper, Gengigel, White Glo and toothbrush. Bring a box to upstairs and give out feedback form to the customers. Call Maxis because ...

DAY 60

> Day/Date: Friday, December 10, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue:  LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: In the clinic- Whatsapp patients to follow up on their treatment  yesterday . Take photos of today's customers while they are in the surgery room. Post a boomerang on clinic Instagram story page of a dentist doing a filling treatment on a patient where I convert the picture I took earlier into a boomerang with a caption. Send the pictures into a Telegram group with description of customer’s name and what treatment that they do. Help receptionist to register customers, answer calls, confirm bills especially those who pay by card, claim PM care mediline system and give medicine to patients. Give out feedback form to customer so they can comment on our service. Count the cash and receipts for card to make sure that the sales amount that we have is the same as on the system.

DAY 59

> Day/Date: Thursday, December 9, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ), TMpoint Ipoh Wisma TM  Activities: In the clinic- Contact customers who came to the clinic yesterday through WhatsApp to get feedback. Take photos and videos of customers who came to the clinic today. Post an instagram story which is a boomerang of dentures on the clinic page  and repost customer tag our clinic in her Instagram story . Share the media into the Telegram group with description of customer’s name and treatment. Listen how to claim the PM care mediline system that is taught by the receptionist, help her to do work, and blast feedback form to the customers in the clinic. At telekom- After lunch, went to Telekom to ask about the hotline customer service operator but then they do not have the service like what Dr. Tamil wants. He wants to connect phones from different branch but Telekom only offers the service that connects phones in one building/area. In...

> Day/Date: Wednesday, December 8, 2021: 9:00am to 6:00pm  Venue: LS Dental Clinic Station 18 Branch (HQ) Activities: In the clinic- Take photos and videos, contact customers who came to the clinic yesterday through WhatsApp to get feedback then screenshot it and share the media into the Telegram group. Post Instagram and WhatsApp story then reply Instagram DM on the clinic phone. Help the receptionist to do work and blast feedback form to the staff in the clinic. Dr. Tamil asked me to find out how to get hotline customer service operator for our clinic just like when calling 123 to connect with Maxis.
