Send it to the Telegram group. Update clinic Instagram and WhatsApp story about braces promotion where a customer gets a free electric toothbrush because she does braces treatment at LS Dental Clinic.  Help the receptionist to handle patients for their appointments and answer calls on the clinic phone.  Change our clinic business hours on Google search because many customers thought that our clinic closes at 7 pm since on Google it states it closes at 7 pm instead of 6 pm. Update clinic Instagram and WhatsApp  story .  Help receptionist handle customers and calls.  Pack medicine where I cut into 2 pieces, insert 3 pieces into the zip lock bag, and write description for 5 days. Meeting with Dr. Tamil, Miss Nina and other staff at 10.30 am to discuss book launching. From now on I need to stay at the clinic until 6 pm to take a lot of pictures and videos then send it to the Telegram group. Reach yesterday patients who do treatment with our clinic on WhatsApp to get feedback then screenshot it and send it to the Telegram group. Record videos of a customer doing whitening treatment. Help receptionist handle customer appointments and contact. Show Dr. Tamil a video of teeth whitening that I edit and he asked me to put his pictures on the video. Then Dr. Tamil asked me to edit his video because he wanted to post on his social media story. In the office- Continue to edit both of the videos and below are the results:

Snap Dr. Tamil and today's patient pictures then send it. Cut antibiotic into pieces and insert it into medicine zip lock bags. Write the description and stick the expired date on the back. Assist  receptionist to answer calls and handle patients when they come to the clinic. In the office- Compile all pictures (in a Telegram group) taken during free scaling day into a word file for appendix to submission Malaysia Book Of Records.

Record video and take pictures of today's customers then send it to the Telegram group with their names and what treatment that they do. Upload media that I have made on clinic's Instagram story and WhatsApp story. Pick up customers’ calls and help handle patients’ appointments. Send a report that  Miss Nina wants  from the clinic PC. In the office- Create Google Form for our upcoming event. Buy a domain for the website with Miss Nina. Add the website link on our Linktree page.

Write description on medicine ziplock bags, stick the expired date on the back then insert 4 tablets of painkiller into each  medicine ziplock bag  and continue doing that until the sticker is finished. Help receptionist to answer calls and handle patients when they come to the clinic. In the office- Amend pictures that I have edited yesterday and it may can be use for tomorrow's story update.

Call customers and pick up calls on the clinic’s phone regarding their appointments. Assist receptionist when customers come. In the office- Edit pictures for tomorrow's story update. Find ideas for story updates.

Answer calls on the clinic phone and discuss about website domain with Dr. Tamil and Miss Nina (in the office).

Send the media to a Telegram group so other staff can upload it on Facebook. Help the receptionist such as register patients on the system, write notes for the doctor about the patient treatment and confirm the bill then give the free goodies bag to the customers. Pick up lunch food that the company orders for all staff and bring it to the clinic. Buy bread to serve the staff teatime.

Print and cut the poster into the shape leaving the border a bit then laminate it. After that cut the laminate poster shape back. In the clinic- Decorate the poster to make it look like 3D using leftover laminate plastic and tape on the stand. Clip posters at the clinic. Answer calls, contact customers through WhatsApp to get feedback, handle customers when they come to the appointments and take Dr. Tamil pictures. We have 10 more days till the free teeth scaling event so I still manage the submission. In the office- After lunch, I went back to the office to complete the website because Dr. Tamil asked me to finalize it. Customer wants to change the date of the free scaling appointment and I rearrange it.
